Corner window
A corner window joins two glass units at a corner with no post, so the view wraps around the room.
Two panes meet at a right angle. The joint is often a slim butt joint or a minimal corner post. The effect is a window that seems to wrap the corner of the house.
This look depends on a slim frame. Steel offers the narrowest profile, which is why corner windows pair well with thermally broken steel. The corner has to carry its own load, so structural planning comes first. Ask your architect early. See our steel windows and doors and fixed windows. Ask the maker whether the joint is rated and sealed for your wall.
